Oceanhouse Media just keeps rolling out the new releases and updating the classics! This time, two new must have titles by classic authors:  Just Go to Bed – Little Critter, by Mercer Mayer, Trucks – Byron Barton, and the newly updated holiday story, The Berenstain Bears Give Thanks.

All three of these titles are now available from the popular and prolific publishers at Oceanhouse Media. They have carefully taken these wonderful stories and kept all the integrity that was originally intended by their authors.

Mercer Mayer’s infamous Little Critter character, is this endearing anthropomorphic animal character whose every story delves into the major issues of growing up. He is never more adorable than here in, Just Go to Bed – Little Critter, and you can never have enough of the going to bed type of books on your device. In this episode the preschool hero resists his father’s efforts to get him ready for bed, it is funny and heartwarming, and a classic that you should not be without.

Byron Barton’s famous transportation series always delights even the youngest of kids, and has enough meat for  preschoolers and beginning readers. In Trucks – Byron Barton, you’ll learn about tow trucks, cement trucks, and newspaper delivery trucks and  as always his signature art work draws in both the reader and the child. Byron Barton is a personal favorite and the transportation books stand out as favorites of both boys and girls. Kids can never seem to get enough of these titles.

Both of these books contain these Additional Features:

  • ★ Animations and movable objects on every page
  • ★ Picture / Word association — words zoom up and are spoken when pictures are touched
  • ★ Individual words highlight and are read aloud when tapped
  • ★ Professional audio narration
  • ★ Custom background audio for each scene
  • ★ This ‘Universal App’ is optimized for Retina displays and the iPad

Let’s not forget about the revered Berenstain Bears by the duo, Stan and Jan Berenstain. These books all feature the bumbling family of bears who teach a moral or safety-related lesson in the course of each story. As in all of their stories it is up to brother and sister bear to resolve the problem. The Berenstain Bears Give Thanks is no different, the family joyfully prepares their holiday feast, while danger lurks due to the monster Bigpaw who is coming to Bear Country. Don’t try and skip any of the pages in this tale as the kids have every move memorized after just a few readings.
