Haiku, a very apropos name, is a form of Japanese poetry that employs highly evocative allusions and comparisons; the traditional poetry format had only three lines and 17 syllables. So, just when you think perfection can't get any better? Haiku Deck comes out with a fabulous new update, which includes many awesome suggestions from users, like the ability to easily save images as favorites (just press and hold until the gold star appears) and backtrack to previous selections with image history. The developers have partnered with Getty Images and the library is not just majoring vast, it is top quality! Haiku Deck is a free iPad app that was developed to provide an easy way to create simple, stunning presentations, it lives up to its intentions and goes far beyond in the design potential department. Haiku Deck simplifies presentation design to help deliver your message dramatically and the procedure couldn't be easier! Seriously, this app is so easy to use that elementary school students could easily manage this app and make all different kinds of project-based presentations. Haiku Deck makes everything so simple and fun yet look totally professional, but beware, it can be addictive! The fact that they have a massive collection of stock photos for you to use really enhances the finished product. When working with middle school, high school and graduate students the excitement was pervasive no matter what level of tech the individuals were comfortable with. Haiku Deck provides an excellent way to create educational presentations of all kinds. Teachers and students can use Haiku Deck to create a digital storyboard, outline a book’s plot, tell a story, explain a process, present evidence, illustrate a blog post, or share captioned photographs. The Haiku Deck gallery provides anyone with the capabilities to make beautiful presentations, the sky is the limit with creativity here!
